This is the man who bypassed legislature and issued it mandatory for girls to get the Gardasil vaccine. Merck has also doubled it's lobbying money in the state of Texas. Mike Toomey, a lobbyist for Merck is Perry's former chief of staff. So, is this vaccine really to protect the little girls out there from cervical cancer or to protect the pocket books of the politcal money hungry pigs in Texas? Merck is also lobbying for all states to make it mandatory. Merck stands to make billions if this works. Remember folks, this vaccine has not been tested for long term health problems.

No drug company should try to lobby their drug to become mandatory. Shameless, as is Texas Gov. Perry. I lived in Texas my vote would have went to Kinky. I liked most of what he had to say and he had common sense.
