This is an e-mail forward that's been going around for awhile, and it's fake. Note that the Snopes page shows the boy, after the stunt, and his arm is JUST FINE.

First, the clip is identified by the youtuber as Iranian, and the clip itself says its from Polynesia.. Second, snopes, as someone said above, already cleared this clip as a trick that was done by a performer. Third, for stealing, ancient Arab law is for the hand to be cut of, not the arm crushed.... I feel sad for the people you suckered into believing this was an actual torture video...

That's not part of Islam. Islam doesn't justify crushing kids arms for stealing bread. They get their hands or feet cut off. Anyway that is sick and I as a Muslim am appalled at that. Must be a cultural thing. Trust me we don't encourage sick behavior like that.
