Because your education level is low, if you knew more about the world today you would not have people shake their heads at you, because you would not be protesting. I understand you are afraid, but understand we are protecting you from bad people, and they are not like the ones hiding under your bed at night. Sweet dreams.

You are either young or stupid... possibly both! Being in support of the war does NOT mean people want to see the troops in danger. Those that have the guts to serve, unlike Watada, are there for many reasons. The ones I've spoken to fit into two categories... 9/11 and to help a people that can't help themselves. Yes... some people actually do think of someone other than themselves... unlike you!

The shaking is called stress... stress is defined as "The minds ability to override the body's basic desire to choke the living sh-it out of some ****** that desperately needs it".

On the other hand it could be a form of elation that you don't serve anymore!

Vietnam flashbacks. During the Vietnam War, protesters made a strong statement, often on television in front of million of people sitting in their living rooms. The Iraq War, of course, differs from the Vietnam War, yet as a nation we tend to see things as black or white, thus we see Vietnam and Iraq Wars as the same. Not true, of course, since Vietnam was about stopping communism and Iraq is about stopping terrorism. We left Vietnam knowing the Vietnamese weren't going to travel across the Pacific to attack us, the same doesn't hold true for terrorist. Plus oil is more valuable than rice.

The soldiers of this great nation know what they sighned up for, we might not agree with everything that is going on, but it does not matter we know what we must do. Just because you dont understand why we are at war, doesn't mean we are wrong. You need to do for your country, quit being a coward and man up. Join the Military do something to help you country or move to another one.

First off, I volunteered to be put in harms way. Don't act like you're doing this for the troops! I don't want your help and I don't know anyone else in my squadron who does! You are doing this because you hate Bush and the war is the perfect oppurtunity to attack him! The Demoncrats are attacking Bush for not invading Sudan to help out those poor oppressed people; yet we did the same thing in Iraq and they're pissed!
I don't want your sympathy and no soldier does! Stop claiming the whole, "Our poor soldiers, I don't want them to get hurt,". Its just an act you hold to... you don't care about us.

I'm sure a partial reason they get mad is because people like you who protest at military funerals. It is such a sad thing that americans protest at funerals of heroes and say that they thank God for IED's. Why do we have to fight wars? to save our future generations!!!!!!

Because they're scared of you....you should shout at them. Tell them they'd be fools to mess with you....that'll really scare them....Tell them there's absolutely nothing they can do to prevent you from exercising your right to protest......watch them shake then!
