If it was supposed to happen it would have happened already, or maybe not. I don't know.

I do know that I will never date ANYONE from my work. To much complicated crap that comes with it. What if you guys get in a fight? How uncomfortable will that be. When I break up with someone I don't want to see them for at least 3 months. Eek. No way. Bad news and Good Luck

Why's he gotta ask you out?

also, if he's already irritating you, maybe it's just not meant to be, especially if he's jealous of other guys already and you're not even dating. Do you really want to be with a jealous nut case?

sounds like he is shy and because of workplace ethics he may be afraid to ask, and with everyone shouting sexual harassment< i am even leary to ask strangers or friends to lunch or coffee because you dont know how people will react this day and age, so if you have great courage go ask him or go about your business and the situation will resolve itself

he probably really likes you and is shy. go ask him out. if he doesnt do it right away that doesnt necessarily mean he has doubts.
