well personally I have "formally" met only 2 of my boyfriends' parents, out of many many guys I have dated. and both times it was really scary and FAST. one of them took me to dinner with his ENTIRE extended family 2 weeks after we met, and another one waited a month....

I mean it all depends how serious both of you are taking it. My suggestion about the situation is that a girl may feel comfortable if you guys date for about 2 to 3 months and then introduce her to the family. IBut then again you should actually do it when you guys both start to trust one another. It will be comfortable for your girlfriend and for your parents

It depends on the situation. I like to meet the parents when I'm comfortable with the relationship.

You shouldn't date the till you ask your parents. Be safe. Meet her parents on the 3rd date. Sounds reasonable unless you ask her out and pick her up at her house. Traditional is nice.

Depends on the situation. If I had my way, every guy I dated my parents would have met. But then my dad would be right, I'm a slut. lol

Depends how old are you both the younger then i think the sooner they should meet...i think the older you are the longer it should wait depending on how serious things have gotten..

when ya know is serious dating is geting to know each other meeting parents is normal thatcan be done the first time no real time line on it good luck
