People prostitute them selves any time they take money to engage in an activity they are personally against, or disdain. I have had to write for some bad T.V. shows in the past and feel that it was prostitution to sell my self out like that. I felt slimy and in the need of a shower when I was done.
So, if I would say yes.

Technically, Id have to say no - youre not involved in the act itself. However, you are being paid to be present during a sex act, so Im sure the authorities would have an excuse to arrest you.

depends on the circumstances... in the back of a crysler town and country behind a 7-11 then yes prostitution. in a peep show, not really. also a money or goods for services type transaction must be involved.

Yes, it is prostitution. The person paying is receiving sexual gratification by exhibiting a sex act in front of someone. This is called exhibitionism. If the person was paying to watch someone perform a sex act, it is called voyeurism. In either case, the sexual gratification is there, the payment is there, and the receiver of the payment is there. That is prostitution.

I'm fairly certain that would be a clear cut YES. At the very least pornographic. Sharing in another's uncleanness.

I don't actually know the legal definition of prostitution, but it seems that it could be. Either way it's immoral and very, very sad.

yes it is prostitution. it is just the beginning of her career.
you see this is how it starts with something that seems harmless, but is a form of it. you will then proceed to touching then letting them (the jon) touch you and before you know it, your on the street.

Haha!!
Well I'd love to get paid to pull one out!! Haha!

I suppose it is prostitution, but the legal part of it all is soliciting, so as long as you didn't solicit buisness you should be ok!!
