What are things I can do to help me lose weight quickly? I'm already dieting/exercising. is there anything I can add to that to help accelerate my weight loss? Are there any exercises that work better than others? Any information is appreciated, thanks in advance.


(My goal is to be substantially thinner by summer time)

Do cardio first thing in the morning. As you are sleeping you are fasting, so exercising when you wake up burns more fat. Plus it gives your metabolism a boost all day. Also, do some light weight training and eat 6 small meals throughout the day to boost your metabolism.

add red pepper flakes to your pantry when eaten early in the day red pepper lowers the amount of food youll eat later

limit if not eliminate all extras like butter mayonnaise ketchup dressing added sugar added oil etc
