SOME...SOME...SOME Christians feel this is their calling. God tells us that we all have different spiritual gifts to use to the benefit of mankind. Not all who try to save others really have much of a talent for it. Most tend to scare others away rather than help them to find the Lord in their hearts.

My personal belief is...its not MY calling...and if God wants you, he will reach out and make himself known to you in no uncertain terms. BCK

For the survival of their religion and their claims about God, Christ and Marry. Moreover Christianity is at cross road these days with very few practicing the religion. It is confronted- mainly- by Islam who enjoys huge practicing lot. Saving some one is never a bad idea but under this pretext, politics is played to serve specific purposes. The sayings of the Christ are totally negated by none other than his followers themselves.

Personally, I do not know one true Christian who believes that her or she can "save" anyone nor can we condemn anyone. What we want to do, is share with people who we believe can, He is Jesus Christ. One reason is this, I look at it as though a neighbor caught in a burning building may not make it another second if they wait for the Fire Department to get there. What do we do, as human beings? We run in and try to get them out before they die an aweful death. To me, i feel that sharing the message of Christ and what He did for all men, is how I am to help others from a dreadful death in what I believe to be Hell. I know not everyone will see my view, I can deal with that, we have to go with our convictions, right?

It's not just Christians, it's other religions also... and actually, for some religions, it is REQUIRED that they try to "help" (convert) heathens who are not "informed" yet... so, sometimes they are just doing what they are told their bible (or whatever each religion will call it) demands of them. They are just trying do whatever is necessary to be a good servant in their own way. Hard not to get frustrated with it at times, I have been there, and it's quite uncomfortable to have someone constantly trying to recruit you and make you feel like you are not good enough unless...

SOME believe the bible tells them to. A FEW might have hero complexes. A LOT don't feel the need to save everyone and pretty much keep to themselves. The FUNDIES make everyone look bad.

Annoying isn't it? However, consider this. They believe or at least make themselves think they belive that if you do not convert, you will be damned to an everlasting lake of fire. It would kind of suck if they didn't try to keep you from that. So lighten up and appreciate that they care about you and try to respect where they're coming from. But when they become too annoying tell them you can't wait for Jesus to return and take his followers because they are getting on your damn nerves

Maybe they care about you. That is better than Republicans who want to send you to war to die in the desert.
Or tell you when to pray and what to say and how to say it.
What you can call and evergreen tree.
If they are involved with this administration or this president then I would say your a blind guide get out of my face.
You polute the earth, cause war and kill people.'
Your actions are so loud I can't hear what you say.
