Sky say that these channels are free and that you have to "manually tune" your box to receive them, so how do you do it?

They should be in the EPG as standard.
If not try doing a hard boot (off at plug) and it will rescan for channels, or if that fails try forcing a firmware upgrade.
Turn off again from mains, hold down backup on the front (not the remote), and power on, keep holding backup, and after a few seconds it will start a firmware update from the Sat and show this on screen, Takes about 5-10mins DO NOT power off during this time or it wrecks the box totally.
Once done it will turn back to stby on its own.
Turn on and it should be there then.

normally turn it off at wall leave off for about a min then turn back on
they should have auto updated though
think sky fobbing you off

go into services and go on to add channels. if this doesn't work then maybe you should ring sky. ours came on automatically.

they should already recicve them automatically!
