I was just wondering if I am the only one? I answered (or as my violation said) Didnt answer a guestion..
The question had to do with watching a video. I didnt want to watch it so I said
"Im not lookin....lol..Have a nice day"
I was not trying to be mean.. I was just playing around..(My fault) but this guy is a "Christian" I said sorry more then once... He mailed me and was anything but nice....
Am I looking at this in the wrong way?
Would you be upset that the person "turned you in"? (after saying sorry)
Was I in the wrong?
what are your thoughts on this?

Tired of the arguments? nah, let's me know that I can't get riled up anymore which is a sign of growth. I do wonder where the Christian Forum is you are talking about though. This is R & S. I would like to check out that site. I also believe that as Christians we do get more flack. We were told we would. There are so many warnings about that. We should still always be ready to answer with the Hope that is withen us. Hang in there. God Bless You and Strengthen you.

I got a violation the other day for the same reason...'not a question or an answer'. I can't believe people turn you in for such things. It is ridiculous. I wouldn't sweat it. Just think of it as small minded people who have nothing better to do than push that report button. It probably makes them feel superior to others. I don't let it upset me. You can always appeal the violation. I did once and got it overturned. So that was kind of my way of saying 'nanannna'. :)

I think there are people who over use the abuse button. I use it sometimes but only if people are explicitly offensive such as the avatars of female parts, for people who answer with spam, or for people who I see as just there to earn points "no, 2 points for me" and the question is not a yes or no. I think you were fine. I wouldn't watch a video either. Why would you trust that a total stranger is going to show you something you want to see? I am sorry you had to go through this.

I don't know the whole story, but I'd say you answered the question. You said it didn't appeal to you so you weren't going to watch it. Further more they were being petty. There are other things that would bother me a whole lot more than someone not answering my question. In fact I might have thought your answer was funny, but then that's my sense of humor and there are people that don't always like that.

My thoughts are the same as they were when I e-mailed you, lady. You're a self-righteous religious hyporcrite, And now you're a pathetic one, too - cause you're trying to influence a bunch of strangers by distorting the truth in order to get them to agree with your viewpoint. To me, that's typical christian hypocricy. And it's manipulative, too. Have a nice day.

Sounds to me like you had a hypocrite Christian turn you in, because "REAL" Christians do not do that, as a Christian catholic I find humour in a lot of the criticism that is said on here, and you do not have to be sorry for your opinions because they are just that your opinions, and no one can really criticize that. May God Bless.

I'm new to this. Hope I don't break any rules. Sounds like you did but were truly remorseful and apologetic. I hope if I screw up people will cut me some slack. After all I'm old as dirt and don't have the time to jack around with jerks too much-Believers or non believers.

I was reported for suggesting that American fundamentalists be charged with treason for bringing their country into disrepute and for suggesting that anyone who believed the Grand canyon was formed by a flood was a sandwich short of a picnic- both statements that I stand by 100%. They're hypersensitive to any kind of criticism.

Yes, this has happened to me. I apologized, in private e-mail, and still got reported and docked.

Oh well, it's only points!

I don't think you were wrong.

I've been reported by Christians for anything and everything. It doesn't matter whether it's a question or not, whether you're respectful or not.

They just don't want anyone around who disagrees with them.
