Try getting an apprenticeship with an engineering company and it will cost you nothing in fact you will get paid apprentice rates whilst you are with their employment on part time release at a college.

Try contacting the universities? Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen is well regarded. University of Strathclyde in Glasgow is also good for engineering.

Why dont you try and get an apprenticeship most companies are recruiting now.
