This question comes up a lot around here. One thing I want to let you know is I don't think there's any specific way that would work for everyone. I found that once I incorporated highly intense but short duration routines into my exercise regimen, I started to get results in terms of getting rid of stubborn fat in the lower stomach and 'love handle' region. Essentially, I discovered that my exercise routine had become too routine - my body had adjusted to it - so I went about trying entirely new exercises and kept my body guessing all the way. Stuff like jumping rope, squatting, sprinting, etc - where your heart rate is REALLY cranking. Also, with your exercise, focus on quality over quantity. It's far better to attack your workouts with 100% intensity 3 or 4 times a week than doing 5 or 6 ho-hum workouts that even my grandmother could do. So focus on intensity

You have to kick the junk food or it won't matter how many crunches you perform. You should also do cardio, that helps eliminate the flab. Biking is an easy cardio to do. Do about 45 minutes 4-5 days a week.
To kick the junk food, eat healthier versions of junk food. Like pop corn instead of potato chips.

you said it...junk food. You just gotta stop eating it. Get a workout video for abs and change your diet around. Instead of reaching for the candy eat some juicy fruit. No sodas or fruit juice. Stick with water, fat-free milk. If you don't change your diet you can't get rid of them baby.

leg lifts done while lying on the back are great also.
control your food portions.
also drink more warm liquids they help dissolve fat
