I have a dog walker who comes every day and walks him for about 30 minutes. I had another dog with him for about a month but he kept attacking her, and they actually got stuck (she was a smaller dog). I got rid of her because my parents (whom I don't live with) didn't want me to have two dogs. Should I get another one and not let them deter me? Not sure if this will save in dogwalking fees (10 dollars per day, 5 days a week). I work 9-5 and am gone from 8-6 M-F.

Don't get another dog. Please read my answer to your other post about the dogs getting "stuck together".

I have a totally different solution. Instead of worry about a dog walker. Best thing you can do is save yourself the money. Walk the dog you have after work. Make sure he has enough chew toys to keep him happpy through the day. If you feel he needs walking you can walk him after work. This is $50 a week you can save and will bond you and your dog. Next question is can you comfortably afford two dogs. Vets bills, food bills, toys, etc... If one or both get sick is it a hardship on you to take them to the vet? If not, then go for it. It isn't up to your parents as long as you pay your own bills.

You have to ask yourself "Why do I want a dog?" Do you want another dog for you, or do you want another dog to keep you dog company? Money is something to consider for sure, but if you don't have the time for one dog, why would you want 2?
