My workout routine is as follows: Monday and Wednesday I do cardio and weights on Tuesdays I do cadio and abs. What should be the level of my heart rate. I am 25 years old, overweight and trying to lose weight (of course)!

ok for burning fat, you need to stay in the burning fat range... that is substract your age from 180 +/- 3....... stay in that range when doing cardio, and try to reach it in the other activities. Oh you need to have a good, well balanced diet, see a nutritionist or ask a well trained trainer. You need to have a balance between what you eat and your workouts.
