It usually has cooked Chicken, shredded or cubed, mayo, celery, boiled egg, salt and pepper. I have had some recently that added halfed grapes and it was soooo good!

Chicken Salad

1 small fryer, deskinned, boiled, and meat shredded and pulled off the bone

About 1/2 - 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmans - and eyeball it so its the consistancy you like - you dont want TOO much)

2 green onions, sliced

1 stalk celery, sliced thin

1 TBS soy sauce

Mix all together and chill. Serve on bread.

Broil chicken breast (or you can use the ones in can like tuna fish), the dice them - make sure you cooked them long enough the center is well done. Then you can add dice celery, and some dried fruits like cranberry (personal perference, as long it won't give out water like cumcumber).
Season with salt and pepper, add mayo <- my personal favorite is those flavored ones, add little bit at time until everything is coated. Enjoy!

These recipes sound great. Use your imagination. It's just a salad that's used as a sandwich filler. I really do recommend the grapes, it's wonderful that way. Try a little chopped, fresh tarragon also.
