I want to purchase a car from an auction but I want to be sure that I can get a warranty is this option available?

Yes, this option is still available to you from after-market warranty companies.

Usually it only covers the powertrain but each company has their own policies and procedures pertaining to their own particular coverage.

They are no warranty's on car's that are auctioned off

anytime you get cars from auctions they have no warranty on them.

no you dont. there are independant companies out there that will sell you limited warranties on vehicles, however, those warranties are really expensive and probably not worth it.

all auctions are diff. all u have to do is call ahead and ask.
