I think you should go back to the doctor who lanced it, it should not be bleeding after 2 days.

That is the prepose of having it lanced. With a boil some people will try to break them at home and they just come back. The reason why is that , they close up before all the "stuff" leaks out.
When a doctor lances it he puts a double "c" cut so it will not close and all of the "stuff" can leak out.
It will over time, depending on the size of the boil will dry up and will heal from the inside out. And it is a good sign that it is still wheeping. And with the blood there is puss.
The thing to watch for is if it closes and begains to swell again. In that case you will have to get it lanced again.
Now that it is open to help it drain take a very hot bath with 1/2 cup to 1 cup of salt. The combanation of heat and salt will help draw out the "stuff"
Wear some thing that won't get stained or keep a lose gause dressing on it. But let air at it as much as possable

I would go back to the dr. that did it. If you don't want to do that at least call him/her.
If the dr. is no option then try soaking it twice a day in epsom salts water (Make sure the water is warm). then put a loos gauze over it for protection.
If your lanced area isn't bleeding really bad then don't worry about it. My brother had to have one lanced once and it bled and oozed for several day. When they are lanced the cuts aren't deep. So I doubt the lancing made it bleed this long. The boil itself probably caused the leasion that is bleeding. It should heal pretty soon. If it don't then you need to make sure you didn't pick up an infection.

below the arm is the worst position for something to be. An ingrown hair can basically kill. i have gotta tell ya, this is too late now to say how a lot it harm even as they were lancing it. you should have made them supply up in case you may want to experience it. the most perfect element so that you'll be able to do at this aspect is to be particular you position warmth compresses on it and examine out this typically. i wish you left the workplace with an antibiotic cream and an antibiotic to take orally. If no longer, you want to call the well being care specialist again and request one. tell them you've a temperature and the lanced area is warmth or warm to the contact. Take some motrin for the swelling and the discomfort. keep your arm more effective so the exterior isn't rubbing mutually. i understand you'll look loopy doing it yet you want to stay away from this area from extra inflammation. this is likely going to excrete some fluid, serous or the last pus that change into in it so that you'll be able to pick to maintain it coated with some gauze. once you're taking the gauze off be particular you moist the gauze so as that it doesn't pull the wound open again. i wish this permits you.

Did they pack it? or did they lance it b4 it absessed? If they lanced it b4 it absessed there might be more bacteria still brewing in there. I hate boils with a passion...I rather have another baby! Just give it another day, keep it cleaned, wash your hands always, and go back and tell your dr. what is happening...
