Some women just naturally have large breasts. If it's something that is really bothering you (either mentall or physically) you can see a plastic surgeon about getting breast reduction. Having such large breasts can have health consequences for your back. Good luck!

Hi, I am also 5'4 and I was 195 last summer. I am now 140 so here is what I can tell you happened to my breasts with that type of weight loss. I lost 1 cup size. However, I went from D to C- so your results may and will vary. We're all different. You probably won't lose a tremendous amount of breast mass but you will definitely lose some. You are really large on top and a breast reduction maybe in order for the sake of your back and shoulders, as well as your self esteem. Insurance absolutely pays for this girl. Check into it!

I understand that women who are bodybuilders and eat very low amounts of fat in their diet will lose breast tissue, and that is why they start looking sort of like men in the chest after awhile; they lose the fatty breast tissue. Perhaps simply cutting the percentage of fat in your everyday diet, along with exercise to help metabolize the fat you have will reduce your breasts. Surgery should be a last resort, because it always has consequences, and some of them aren't found until much later (for instance, surgery causes scarring that can be very painful.) So basically, exercise to lose fat and do not replace it in your diet, and the cup size should reduce accordingly.
P.S. Swimming is a great exercise that won't kill your back; it'd be a great one to use as an aerobic regimen without the back strain that would come as a result of land-based exercise.

Invest in a good sports bra and continue with a healthy diet. Exercise 2-3 times a week. If you begin losing a significant amount of weight and you notice that your cup size is physically too much for you to handle, you may want to look into breat reduction surgery. Consult with your physician.

My friend had breast reduction surgery. She had 5 lbs. taken from EACH breast. This relieved her back problems and she said she was able to buy a bra off the rack for the first time. This was a tough surgery on her though and she had bad scars.

some of it might be body fat, so as you lose weight you may or may not see a slight reduction in your breast size. it most likely won't be significant though. you might want to consider surgery to reduce your breast size. they can also cause back problems for you farther down the line.
