hmm.. i think it is much better if the guy you like move first to catch up on you but if you really feel like doing the first move just be yourself.. well, to add points, be sweeter than before.. there's so many things for him to like you.
but this one i think is best. make him know you. i mean, when he gets to know you, he'll see all the beauty things in you. in and out. he will realize your worth sooner or later. and not just that, he will learn to love you with who you are. don't pretend. don't ever TRY to please him. and if still he didn't notice you then he's not meant for you. ^^

Confidence and appearance are the key. Do not act desperate to find a boyfriend. Invest your time in things you enjoy doing and your confidence will shine through. This will attract the boys to you. Never compromise your principles and never be a doormat.

stop looking....enjoy being single. Who cares if your odd man out. Someone once told me that the second you stop looking they will fall into your lap. I have had some of the best relationships because of that advice.

a guy should like you for who you are so then you should juss be yourself and dont try to be anything that you arent because if people cant like you for who you are then it wasnt ever ment to be but one you find someone who like you for who you are it was true and you guyz can make it laugh.
