i have been with my boyfriend for 20 months, and i cant get this other boy out of my head. i first meet the other boy about 3 years ago, and i would say that we are semi-friends, but i really like him. a lot. i dont know what to do. should i break up with my boyfriend, to try and get the other guy, or should i just stay where i am.

my boyfriend:
lives an hour away
has been in juvi
is not a virgin
is christian when convenient

the other boy:
is pratically my neighbor, and is over all the time
never been in trouble with the law
is saving himself for marrige
very christian

i am:
never been in trouble with the law, but not perfect
saving myself for marrige
and try very hard to be christian

what do i do????

Oh, honey I know how you feel. I'm so into my pastor's son, and have been for three years, but I know that nothing can happen between us so I developed a cruch on someone who isn't a christian. The bible says that we should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. That doesn't mean you shouldn't be friend with non-christains, but for that kind of intimate relationship, it's best to date someone who shares your own faith. It'll be easier to save yourself for marriage if your don't have pressure, no matter how subtle, form the guy you're dating. Break up with your boyfriend, and ask God whether you should pursue this other guy. Good luck, girl.

If the other guy whos been in trouble alot and NOT a virgin do you think hes gonna want to be with you and stay with you or get some and go?

But then again the other guy who IS might be looking to get some too.

Be careful and follow your mind and your heart but not so much on your heart cuz it plays tricks on you sometimes

I think you know the answer, Boy#2. You've only seem to list negatives about #1-so I assume he has no good qualities so he's no good for you.

sounds like its time for a change. the new guy sounds like a pretty nice guy. you dont want to get mixed up with the wrong people and wind up in juvi yourself.

Religion: scam
You should: get off your high horse and realize that you arent in the 50's
other boy: lied about being a virgin, they dont even make those any more
