ok fitness freaks..HELP!! i've always wanted to ask someone that knew what they were doing...every time I jog or run my throat starts to burn and at times feel like I will pass out or something! I know it has to do with the way I am breathing! so what's the proper way to do it?? so that I can jog longer and easier!!!

just breath normal, set yourself to a regular pace, if you get out of breath stop for a min. or 2 then continue on jogging. Thats what worked for me. HAPPY JOGGING.
