have you ever heard of Uganda?if not now you do it's a small country in Africa.there is a terrible war going on,where a rebel army tried over throwing the government.he was short on soldiers, therefore, he resorted to abducting poor children .They brutaly murder one of these poor innocent children right in front of the others.they say if you dont obey the same will happen to you .then they train these children to do horrible things shoot, beat, and kill other people. the kids they take are from 5-12 beacause their big enough to hold gun and small enough to take more children.now the other army has to hide thousands of children and protect them from the rebels. Now it's time for America to know about it. to learn and help these children go to www.invisiblechildren.com.please help make difference and let these children know they havent been forgotten about.

This is nothing new. Things like this have been happening in militaristic countries for centuries, and not just by rebel armies, but by governments, and no one, including our government, does anything about it. And kids aren't always kidnapped; often they are given to the military willingly by parents who can't afford them. The only way to solve this problem is by getting governments to support their people socially and economically instead concentrating all efforts into the military.

And if anyone has graduated from middle school and does not at least know that there is a country called Uganda and it is located in Africa, then our educational system is worse than I suspected.

I wonder alot of things about those people in that part of the world. I just watched a documentary on the koran today and in africa the mutilation of a very small childs genitals by her own mother!!! then when the child cried and screamed it hurt, the mother called her a liar and slapped her and said it didn't hurt that bad stop lying. I actually cried for the first time in so long I don't remember, but seeing that poor child bound and held down and cut and hearing her screaming that the other woman was cutting her bits again and again and she didn't even understand why they were hurting her. Makes me wonder how they have remained being called human beings with that type of behavior.

They would probably die of starvation or AIDS anyway.
We have enough problems of our own without worrying about tribal warfare in african countries that will never end.

What's new? It's Africa. We need to quit dumping money into that hopeless region. If they haven't learned to live like civilized human beings by now, it's never going to happen.
