i woke up and i had a fever and i was in so much pain all over my body that i couldnt move (crying my eyes out 2) i didnt go to school and ive been coughing all day and theres times where its hard to breathe. does anyone know what im sick with? and how can i get better?

It could be a chest infection, you should have some medical attention and possibly some antibiotics.

Sounds like you have the flu with the achy body and the fever. I'm not a doctor though. If your fever is over 101, then you really must go to the doctor. If it is less than 101, then it is the body fighting of germs......... the illness. You should take an advil or tylenol type medicene to help with the fever and the aches. Your doctor could give you a cough medicene that fits what you have or you could take triaminicin with the symptoms that fit what you have, it is hard to say without hearing your cough, what is wrong. You should drink lots of juice and/or water and stay warm. (in bed, preferably, LOL!)

Your sick go back to bed get off the computer, drink lots of water, try and eat some crackers later. If you dont have medicine for your throat have a tea with honey if possible, also gargaling salt water works. Go back to bed. Good night. Cough Cough, on no I think its contagious

,Hi there it sounds to me like you might have pneumonia or a severe lung infection . Go and get this checked as soon as you can, the doc will give u antibiotics and you will feel much better in a few days.Take care. Val

Go see your doctor should you get worse, or breathing becomes difficult...
