And specifically alcohol like wine, vodka and beer?
For instance, if the multivitamin is taken in the morning and alcohol is consumed in the evening, does that pose any health concerns or is that fine?

Yes, you can, in fact it's healthy. As long as the multi-vitamin doesn't have iron in it. That's way bad for the liver.

the only healthy way to drink alcohol is WINE ONLY and it must be with a real meal. Drinking this way lowers blood-cholesterol levels but all other forms of drinking are unhealthy. Vodka is only good to clean cuts and wounds and wash your mouth out. You can take alcohol with vitamins but it's not healthy only cuz alcohol just isn't healthy not just for your liver but for your entire body. What I tell you is not an opinion

That should be fine. Multivitamins you have been taking on a regular basis should not have an adverse effect.

The only issue is drinking eats up B vitamins so you may be wasting your vitamin money.

Read the label, multi-vitamins are more effective when taken with food, or milk.

take the vitamin 4 hours before you drink.. and take that when you're eating. that'll ensure proper absorption of the vitamin.
