Number one, get her spayed. Then take her to obedience classes and be consistent! She is a terrier and they can be very bratty, but you need to be strict and always follow through!

Have you had this dog for six months and it still does not "respect" you, still is not housebroken, still bites? I'm surprised you let it go on this long.
You need to be trained immediately. Sign up for a class in positive training methods so you can learn to train your dog. (Obedience school is about training YOU not about training your dog.) You might also consult a behaviorist. You need to get the biting under control at least and the house trianing too. Many dogs end up killed in animal control because the owner doesn't know how to housetrain properly.
Housetraining tips: Use a crate when you are not actively watching the dog. When you are home, tie its leash to your belt loop so it can't run off a potty in another room.
Put the dog on a schedule. What goes in on a schedule comes out on a schedule. When it's time to go out, put the dog on a leash and go to the potty spot. Stand like a tree--no eye contact, no walking around, no fun--until you get performance. If you get nothing within 15 minutes go back inside and try again 20 minutes later.
Once you get performance, immediately give the dog a high value treat like a small piece of cheese or chicken or hot dog. Not a boring cookie. Now, if it is safe because you have fenced yard, let the dog off the leash for some fun play time. If you don't have a fence, NOW you go for your walk. Always have fun AFTER potty so your dog learns to get it over with right away so you can have fun.
When you have accidents, do not punish the dog. That teaches them nothing. Every accident is YOUR fault not the dog's. Rubbing their nose in it just makes the problem worse. Just clean up with an enzyme based cleaner like Simple Solution and resolve to do better next time.
With a regular schedule and consistency you should have no problem housetraining this dog.
For the rest, you need to get to an obedience class ASAP.
Spaying won't help behavior, but clearly will prevent other problems like unwanted heat cycles and puppies. You have a mix, so you should never breed this dog anyway. Have her spayed before her first heat.

Sending your dog away I feel is never the best choice, although some people swear by it. I have a puppy that has a hard time with potty training, but I could never let her learn from another. You need to be tough on your puppy. Use Kennel training. Make your pup understand that you are tough. If she's naughty put the pup in a kennel for about 1/2 hour. Then take her back out and repeat the process. Your puppy will learn.

Hmmmm.... well what you should do is if you want to fork out the dough is Obediance training, Becuase she is being Disobediant.
But what you should do first is get closer to the dog, if shes new then maybe she still doesnt trust you yet. Thats a problem i had with my doberman when i first got him from the pound. He had 2 other owners and the had him very breifly and when he was picked up twice, they said they just didnt want him anymore. So he was a little wierd with me at first. He would play with me and everything but i could tell he didnt want to listen, or be obediant. But after awhile I took him out for walks ( dogs love walks, and thats one thing that would help you two alot,) and i let him sleep with me becuase he would be with me all night and you know it makes sort of a bond. Also i gave him a couple of treats, a couple times a day. If you did that, she will know that mommy has treats and she'll have the idea " WOO!! SHE HAS TREATS!!! YAY!!!" lol you know? what you want is to get inside her head. play with her, and when she does do bad you have to scold her, but not hit her bc you will teach her to be afraid and it will take longer for her to bond with you. Also you will have to be the alpha, when she does get closer to you ( this will help with the biting) Buy her a nice big juicy bone. or a nice squeeky little toy and when she is playing with it, you have to stand over her scoop down and take it from her for a few minutes. That will teach her that you are bigger and badder ( and you really are) but if she growls really bad and wants to bite, hold her head from the back so she cant bite you ( but please dont hurt her!) and take it as fast as you can and run! ( im honestly sorry if this looks mean!!!!!!) but you know be creative, try this method first but if you really wouldnt or think it wont help with your situation, go vistit a few trainers and stuff. But im sorry if i didnt help im just going with what you wrote! lol i dont really know the whole situation from you point of veiw personally!!
thanks and i hope you update me on her!!

Get a recommendation from a trusted friend and/or vet for an obedience school session - lots of them. They all test their ground. My german shepherd has been to training 3x in 3 years..she's a lot bigger than me and has learned by repetition. That is vital to success. Also female-female there is a that Alpha Dog struggle in a one dog/one female home. She is spayed & it does matter...hormones..

The problem is that your dog doesn't see you as the pack leader. You need to show your dog that you are the leader. I would recommend obediance training. Once your dog see's you as the pack leader, then you can begin to potty train etc.

first, get the dog spayed
secondly, most cities have a park service that offers dog training, get some. And thirdly, you didn't pick the brightest breed of dog. Buy some books on training this breed --- usually at Petco or other pet dog places.... they, as well, have dog training classes.
