there is always hope, as long as you truly want this for yourself there is always hope! i happen to first think about the subject of droppin a few pounds, then when i really got to thinkin about it i was set. i had help from a online guide, the link is below. i will admit at first i wasn't sure how things would all work out, but here i am feelin great. mon-fri i workout to a slim in 6 dvd and tues-sat i take brisk walks/jog with a friend. each person in the end is different, you jus need to sit down and really get your mind on your reasonin. that's how you loose the weight and keep it off. best of luck to ya~!

Stop what? Dieting? Exercise? Just remember that losing weight is tough, and not to be hard on yourself because of it. You can pick up some really great healthy eating tips right here on Yahoo Answers (and some of them really aren't awful tasting foods!)...Drink plenty of water, and do what you can as far as cardio goes...

find a way to work out that is FUN. like biking? or rollerblading? or kick boxing. something you enjoy doing so it doesnt seem like working out.
join weight watchers. they teach you what you need to know to keep it off. my mom has lost 18 pounds with them so far, and she just walks. not even very often. but 60 pounds is a lot of weight. you cant expect it to just fall off.
PS it takes apx 28 days to break a habit, so it prob takes at least 28 days to create a habit. try working out for 28 days straight. see if you just get used to it.

Smoke much marijuana - so much that you feel hungry but can't be bothered to get up off the couch and get something to eat - You'll eat once a day and loose heaps of weight

YOu're not alone. What you need is a good plan that you can work vigourously towards. Loosing weight is not somehting simple, its something that requires your full heart amd will power.
