Eat plenty of omega oil food, like nuts, avacados, tuna, salmon. Get some SAFE tanning rays on your face. Use ordinary lotion on your face that doesn't leave it oily, avoid expensive lotions as some have hormones.

I also had chicken pox last year. my marks have disappeared now what i did to remove them was:
Take some fresh neem (kadi patta) leaves & boil them with water.water will turn green.bath with that water everyday.also rub the neem leaves on your body especiallly on the marks.then they will go automatically.
best of luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the acutal spots that you have when you have chicken pocks? they will go away.
if you are talking about scars from scratching them they will fade over time other than that you can try using microdermabrasion daily and over a long period of time you could possibly reduce them. but you could always have laser treatment.
