You're probably not doing anything wrong. She is still quite young and may not have enough bladder control yet to hold it very long. Or she may get so interested in what she is doing, that she holds on to the very last second, and then doesn't have time to let you know she needs out. If you crate train her, that will help her to understand what you want her to do.

Most Danes house train very easily, but there is always one or two who take a bit longer. The crate will really help a lot. My latest rescue house trained herself in two days! I'm assuming that you have had her checked for urinary tract infection etc.

By the way, my youngest Dane was reliably house trained at 7 weeks old, but that is exceptional.

hi training a puppy is a lot of hard work and i speak from experience i have two dogs myself i trained the long way round which was successful with both dogs what i did was placed newspaper out by my back door and slowly decreased it by one everyday when i got to the Last piece i placed this in the garden my dog soon realized that he could only pee outside in the bit of newspaper eventually i took that piece away and from then on they stayed house trained. When your dog has an accident inside please don't discipline it it will only make the dog nervous and eventually associate going to the toilet as being bad. Your puppy sound extremely nervous and by raising your voice it is only encouraging this behavior. instead when your dog has an accident ignore it and when it is done on the newspaper or outside praise it. It will then associate going to the toilet as being a good thing.

good luck and all the best.

In general the larger dogs take longer to housetrain, since they are growing rapidly and constantly trying to learn how to control their body. You simply have to be persistent and consistent with it. Take her out at the same times every day. When you can't watch her, confine her to a crate or area. Many puppies will play and then realize too late that they have to go. If you are playing for longer periods, be sure to take frequent breaks and trips outside to give her opportunities to do the right thing. I don't think you are doing anything wrong. It's just a long process, especially with the larger dogs that take longer to grow.

puppies cant hold their bowel and bladder until they are 4-6 months old. therefore a puppy can not be completely house trained until after this age. just make sure youre taking her out every couple of hours and shortly after she drinks, plays, or wakes up from a nap. also after she gets excited like when someone comes over.
