It may go on its own but without using "creams or anything" you dont stand a lot of chance. All you can do is keep your skin clean and degreased.

drink loads of water
sweet as much as you can with exercise and you can steam your face with a steamer ...they sell these on e-bay or a health store..you know the ones that sell and rent hospital beds and wheel chairs.
watch your diet and for goodness sake don't put to much alcohol or other harsh astringents as this will only increase the flow of oil.
pat dry your skin and don/t rub it vigourously ..you are not doing your skin a favor.
get a lot of vit. D...sunshine and if you can't then get a tanning light...ultra violet...but in any case a dermatolist will help.
Hormones are sometimes the problem..my wife's acne cleared up after we got married and had a lot of (s e X) doctors will concur with that...
enough said and don't pinch them as you will only leave a scar or cause an infection...pop pop its hard not to but you better not let the ice out before it is ready

if you wont use creams its hard to get rid of acne completely

Find a good soap and wash in the morning and in the evening - mailing after waking up and right before going to bed...also find a good moisturizer...

salt, toothpaste, or you could you an acne facewash which is what my husband uses in the shower and he has had no acne in a long time
