There are lots but be aware that doesn't mean they don't have sugar.
Any cake recipe....you can substitute applesauce for the butter, margerine or fat in the recipe...in the same amount....it will work fine and you've eliminated the fat....also any other pureed fruit could be used. If you try this in a sweet bread recipe...it will make it very moist...like date bread....etc.
Also almost any cake recipe, cookies, etc. can have half the sugar eliminated just fine.

(There is a recipe following this diatribe)
Cooking with NO FAT in near impossible, all food has fat in it. Fat is also good for you, in the right ways and, as always in moderation. I'm going to get graphic so hold on.
There are 2 things that flush out the lower half of your digestive track (your bowles) fat and fiber. The fiber acts as a pipe snake, cleaning the lineing of the intestines it also creates bulk so that the muscles of your intestines don't have to work as hard to move the waste. Fat helps "lube the tube" makes the solid waste move down the tract easier.
Fats mainlly come in two forms, those that are good for you and those that are not. Forget transfat, forget mono-digiliserides, the easiest way to tell if a fat is "good" for you is to see if it's natural or man made. Fats from fruits, vegetables and even animals are better for you than fats from Dow. Most things that are naturally higher in fats that are made "low fat" are chemically altered with bad fat replacements that are just as bad or worse for you than the acutal fat.
Extreemly Low Fat Cheese Cake
4 8 oz bricks of Neufechelle cheese (Philly no fat creamcheese)
1 cup of non-fat plain yogurt
1 cup of sugar or sugar subsitute
1 tablespoon of vanilla or 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla and 1 tablespoon of other flavoring
topping
1 cup of non fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of sugar or sugar subsitute
1 teaspoon of vanilla or other flavoring
bake at 400 F for 30 min in a 9 in glass pie pan or 9 in spring form pan

Depends on the size of your family. We use a slow cooker for a beef stew. This contains lean beef and vegetables of your choice. We use beef, potatoes, carrots, onions celery, mixed herbs, salt & pepper and beef cubes. We also add red wine. Place in the cooker, top up with water, and cook for 4+ hours on high. Then two more hours on low. This can feed 4-6 people with some left over. To thicken use gravy mix to suit your taste.

You can make salads that can fat free or perhaps get some fruit and make a fruit salad since you will get all your daily vitamins that you need. If you want a regular salad, go to subway, cousins or anywhere that has any kind of salad (but no dressing).

BEAN BURRITOS
1 can or equiv fresh pinto beans
1 can (or equiv amount of fresh) black beans
2+ cloves of garlic
Saltfree seasoning/spice (We used a lemony 'Sunny Spain' mix we have)
Approx. a cup of roasted veggies (we used red and green peppers, zucchini,
and yellow squash)
Cayenne pepper to taste
1. Combine all beans in sauce pan and cook for an hour or until soft.
(Add about a cup or more of water to cook beans).
2. Cut up roasted veggies, and add to beans. Use mixer and mix everything
together until it looks like refried beans. Add spices and simmer for 20
minutes or so. Serve with fixings in tortillas (we used whole wheat, home
made).

Skinless chicken breast, baked white or sweet potato, fresh broccoli or fresh green beans.
Also, baked fish.
You can flavor both the chicken and fish with lemon , garlic, salt and pepper.
Salads are also very good and you can add chicken, hard boiled eggs, olives, beans, and veggies to it. Use vinegar and a small amount of olive oil.

Your body needs fat to function correctly. It is a matter of what kind of fat.
