I changed my hairstyle maybe two weeks ago and every since then I've been getting a ton of guys giving me compliments and asking me out! I used to wear it in different syles of pony tails that were really cute. But since the New Year I wear it exactly like the picture on my avatar and the response has been astinshing! I spray some glitter on it to make it look dazzling. My nieces boyfriend has been hitting on me and all of my friends & family have been saying how cute it makes me look. I'm very shocked because I didnt know I could attract that many guys until now. I've never had a problem getting a date, but now I'm almost scared! I had a guy trying to give me a ride home from work the other day. He just stood around in my department talking to me until my shift was up. My managers & male co-workers have been a whole lot nicer too.
It's men from all races and age ranges too. So this must be a universal thing. What gives?

It's sounds like your new hairstyle is much more flattering for you than your old one was. Or maybe you're exuding more confidence now that you have a funky new hairstyle that you love. I think preference in hair length (or color, style, etc.) all depends on the guy. I think many guys love long hair on girls because it's beautiful and luxurious, etc., but there are plenty of guys who think short hair is sassy and sexy. I say we women should wear our hair the way we like it and the way we feel comfortable and sexy. If we feel sexy and are confident, guys are going to notice and be interested. Enjoy the attention!!

My theory is that long hair, when cut right, can help the shape of your face appear perfect. I also believe that humans connect having no hair with disease so the more hair you have the healthier you appear. However, in some areas in Africa the short hair on women is considered very attractive. So, I guess attraction depends on the culture.

Depends. I've been attracted to the same person when her hair was long and even when it was short. Bottom line is, if you feel good about the way you look, other people will too. How do you feel about your hair being long? That is the question.

men like women---period! but its obvious that ur change in hair styles has had quite the affect on guys. maybe the ones who knew you before and after like the change------its almost like youre a different woman to them---hey enjoy it!

I have long dark brown wavy hair - guys always tell me how much they like my hair. Just go with it . . .
