Brazilians mostly speak Portugese where the R is pronounced as an H. Royce has brothers and cousins who all follow the same rule. Rolker, Royler, Renzo, Rorian, Relson and many more.

In Portuguese, an R is only pronouced as an H when it is at the beginning of a word or if two R's are placed together in the middle of a word. Otherwise, it is pronounced like an English R.
It's kind of funny that "rock and roll" in Portuguese sounds like "hockey hole" :)
