I have been excercising and eat less to try to lose weight but I was wondering if anyone knew of a diet pill that helps you burn off fat faster and that actually works! Can anyone give me some good advice? I need to lose at least 20 pounds before September!

there is no good diet pill, all of them are very bad for you
a proper diet and exercise is the best choice

DON'T waste your money on diet pills.
DO eat nutritious foods, about 1200 cal/day.
DO exercise 20-30 min at a time at least 3 days a week.
You can do it. I did.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

distracted dining will get you in trouble avoid eating in front of a television or in a movie theater as you re bound to consume more calories
