If they are blocking your driveway or a deeded or leased parking spot, you can legally have them towed.
If they don't leave any parking for you in the future, you can start off by just pulling up in front of their house and laying on the horn.
Don't vandalize their car. Resist that temptation. Don't even joke about it with friends.
If they have an SUV and you don't, refer to their car as their "Anatomical Compensator" and get into the habit of consoling the wife on her husband's "Shortcomings."
If you really want to be a rat, try convincing one or the other of them that their spouse is having an affair.
For example, call their home phone when you know the husband isn't home. When the wife answers ask for the husband in a giggly voice. When she responds say, "Oh S***, this this his wife?"
Wait a second to give her a change to answer and say "Uh, sorry wrong number" then hang up.
Use your imagination and have fun with it. Remember, convincing the wife that the husband is having an affair with a man is even MORE fun!
Men are more suspicious by nature, so convincing the husband that the wife is cheating on him will probably be easier.
Be sure to use a tracphone or a public phone so the caller ID won't finger you.

First get a copy of your property and show where your property lie and if they don't stop parking in your way do the following
Second take pictures of the problem, car park in your way to block you
Third call the police to explain the problem to your neighbor
Have the car towed and then they will see that you mean business
If they mess with you have a warrant issue, but put your car on video for protection

Hi,
we use to have the same problem when we lived near a football stadium.
First thing - here in the states, it is illegal to block a driveway - you get a ticket, see what the local laws are for parking in front of your place ( check with local police). see what is allowed and what is not. you may have rights and could call police to have them ticketed or even towed - once or twice and they would change.
Second thing is to get a couple of saw horses (used to hold wood while cutting it) put them across the gate to block parking.
One thing to pull in and block gate, but to have to get out of car, move horses and then park - just too rude Yes you will have to get out to move them but isn't that better than not beign able to park in your gateway.
good luck,
J

Put up a "private parking all other vehicles will be towed at owners expense" sign--then the next time they park there call the tow truck tell the towing company someone is parked in your gateway and you need the vehicle removed so you can park in your own space. Then let the "neighbors" deal with the towing company

Call the tow truck. Tell the tow company that there is a car blocking your driveway. Vehicles are not to block driveways or accesses or risk being towed away. This car is doing just that. That is something they were taught in getting their drivers license. Too bad, so sad. You don't need to give them a warning.

Put a NO PARKING sign next to your driveway, if they continue to park there, have their car towed away. They will stop parking after they are done paying the $$ to the towing company. But you have to make sure that you had the NO PARKING sign, before you can get the car towed.

Did you ask them to move, when you were trying to park? Can you get your town or city involved? You may have to try and see if anyone can citation them for parking in front of your gate. You might want to ask them why are they parking in front of your gate after you have asked them not to..and to move constantly. if you can put flowers, or other obstacles that might make them less apt to park there...the thing with flowers is that they might drive over and park on them. I wish you lots of luck!!

Contact your local authorities to see if they can help you out. Otherwise you could always sneak down and let the air out of their tires every time they park in your spot. Eventually they should get the idea.
Good luck! :)

You might be able to get them for trespassing or maybe get a court order from a judge the the police can get involved.
