My friend, you and your girlfriend did sin when you conceived the child before you were married. Yes, you need to repent of that sin, both of you and go on and get married. If you are the father, then it is the right thing to get married assuming you are financially able to do. Whether you marry or not, you must still repent of that sin.

Not sure if you're a Christian or not but no matter what sin or how much you've done the verdict is still the same. Guilty as charged. Repentance to recognize that what you did was wrong, change the future course of action and believe that Jesus is the only sacrifice needed to cover all sins.

Why would you need to repent? Be a good husband, above all, a good father and live in the light of God every second of every day. this means to honour, respect and love yourself and your family....you have not done wrong....be a good person, along with right thought and right action... and you live your life well. THis is what the Creator wishes for you.

Repentance ? If these people who demand repentance looked at their own motives then they should reread the part of the bible that demands forgiveness and christianity and mind their own damn business

You are already doing what many would consider the righteous thing to do. Don't just do it to be the "Dad" though, If you don't love the person you are marrying, you will both be miserable.

Premarital sex is a crime against GOD repent/turn from your sin(s). Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
HEAR - Romans 10:14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?
BELIEVE - In Mark 16:16, Jesus said “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.”

CONFESS CHRIST - 1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
BE BAPTIZED - Romans 6:3-4 do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL - Jesus said in Matthew 7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.”
