Its alright don't panic its a cover (a very good one mind) it was written in 1964 but was made famous in the 80's by Soft Cell. My mum loves the soft cell version and I love the Marylin Manson version - go figure.
Goodness don't you have anything better to worry about.

Hey, if your into heavy metal I can give you some really sincere Christian metal bands that I thing you'll like. I used to enjoy Marilyn Manson and several other secular metal bands until I became a Christian. Now I've found that there's a great number of real, sincere, Jesus lovin', Christian metal bands out there that sound just a good if not better.

he's not a satanist. besides, his music is art.
not only that, "tainted love" is a remake. the original is by Gloria Jones and made famous in the 80's by Soft Cell and sounds very similar. If you're so concerned, get their version.

Spiritually speaking, bastards will never enter into the congregation of the Lord. Those who know not their Father will never become part of the body of Christ. God does not desire to chasten His people. He prefers they change without chastisement. But he knows chastisement is necessary if He is going to have a church without spot or wrinkle, who will stand holy and blameless before His throne, *** Ephesians 5:27.
Many are not able to resist the devil because they are not submitted to God. Their minds are on everything else except the things of God. They don't know His Word, nor do they know their power in the Holy Ghost. Many have refused the Holy Spirit anointing in their lives, and because of this they live in defeat and fear. The devil has total access to their lives because they have given him place. They have no power to resist him or his demonic realm. [see "Pulling the Lion's Teeth" by G. Kirkpatrick]
What are the enemies God is trying to destroy in our lives through chastisement? Once we realize the enemies of God are resident in man's fleshly, carnal mind then we can begin to deal with them. Paul wrote to the church at Rome:
"For to be carnally minded is death; but to be Spiritually minded is life and peace.
Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be." *** Romans 8:6-
Don;t be a christian enemy of God, Nither Satan nor Marilyn Manson should be in your live if you are a christian.

As a Christian, I would avoid secular music altogether, especially from a satanist.

I am a Christian and like many songs that are secular, however non are heavy metal. The songs that I do like still reflect my Christian thoughts and beliefs.

Most songs on the radio is written by someone who is not a Christian. Is it O.K. to like songs written by atheists? I don't care who writes it; some songs are just good.
On the other hand, some songs glorify sex, drugs, violence & all kinds of sin. If the words are evil, I don't see how you could like it.

It is not even his song.
It is more imortant what comes out of YOUR mouth, for everyone knows what Marilyn Manson stands for.
You need to think for yourself...question authority, and come to your own conclusions.
Pray and see what your heart feels.
