Hair growth during pregancy is attributed more to hormonal shifts than to prenatal vitamins.

I wouldn't use a shampoo that dried my hair out.

The only vitamins I have ever found to make my hair grow are pre-natal vitamins. I wouldn't use the shampoo if it dried out my hair. There are plenty of other shampoos that smell delish that you can try!

No, but it will make your pee bright yellow.
Try looking into some natural health websites about supplements which help hair. Those chemical vitamins are often not as good as truly natural ones. Best to get your vitamins via good foods for sure.

i am not sure about the Flintstones .isn't really much you can do to speed up hair growth to much. believe it or not get some pre-natal vitamins. they are available over the counter. they are great for nailsskin and hair. You could also drink plain gelatin once a day. totally gross, and didn't seem to work for me, but my sister swears by it.
