Walk up to her after work or at an appropriate time during work and ask her if she want to get a drink with you afterwards (or coffee or whatever). Be brace, direct, not wavering, steady voice. Pretend you're in a movie and that you are someone else. Picture yourself from the outside. Shoulders back, Confident stride, you know... Then JUST DO IT!

I Agree with hooty-hey..... DON"T DO IT !!! work and relationships don't mix. Who cares about the gossip, unless it ends up Marriage and Forever , your gonna be stuck with an ex you can not get away from... every day , unless you really don't like your job that is. I hear Walmart is Hiring.

No not at all, casually say, hey would you like to get together sometime and have a drink or lunch, and if she says no jest say ok talk to ya later and go on about your business like nothing ever happened.

It's only weird if you make it that way. My self I don't think it's good to date within the work place. The old saying don't -it in your own yard.

Grab hold and walk up to her and in your best big boy voice ask her out! There are plenty of fish in the sea and because one doesn't end up on your hook doesn't mean you won't land another later.

I think you should just make small talk, find out as much as you can about her. Be her friend, then you will know if she like you and it will be easier for you to ask her. You will see it in her eyes and smile if she is interested.

DON'T DO IT!!! Trust me, I've seen MANY work relationships. And they never work. Gossip spreads by both all around the workplace.

don't do it!....I highly advise not dating someone within the workplace. You may be setting yourself up for a sexual harassment problem as is.
