Hi, has anyone got any suggestions on cheap and easy meals. I cook dinner everyday but I fancy a change I feel like we only live on spaghetti bolognaise or chips. We live on a budget so dont want recipes that requires alot of ingreidients also my fiance hates onions. Please give me some nice dinners!!!! Thankyou

Buy some boneless, skinless chicken breast
Take some jalapenos and chop them up
Soften cream cheese then add the jalapenos
Stuff the cream cheese mixture in the chicken and roll up
Wrap a piece of bacon around each one
Pour a little butter over the chicken & sprinkle w/ lemon pepper
Bake at 350 until done (approx 45 min)
Serve w/ wild rice and salad or green beens
