I have messed with my comp and i can not unistall something i could before it says its needed to boot help plz

Well Sue, how are you? Well, you can do the restore. Go start, then to all programs, then to PC HELP & TOOLs, click Restore. It is like a time machine, where you can go back to a time BEFORE you loaded that bad program. Try it, you'll like it. lol
Now if you can not boot, then hit the f10 and from there go to RESTORE if possible. If not, then you may have to reboot again, hit f10 and do a RECOVERY. THere are two types, one removes data but all programs there, and the other RECOVERS your computer to factory settings. If you do this one you need to save files if you can.
I did not quite understand if you can log on or not, or if you just can not remove a program. But the latter will help you to boot.

Did you search for it then try to remove it manually? Give some more details as I wouldn't want to tell you something that will make it worse.
