I Need a Cheap Way to Record the Neighbor's Barking Dog?

I need both audio and video. I have a VCR. Can I record
to that some way?

VCR wont record unless you have a video record device to connect up to it. Do any friends or family have a camera or camera phone you could borrow?

If not you could just sneak over to their house and let the dog free, and then you wouldn't have to worry about it barking anymore.
