my dad left us when I was 7 he's returned and is now screing up my brother like he throws fits and is violent and curses? does he have a disorder?

This sounds like a typical alcoholic's behavior. I think your mom needs to defend you and your brother.

He sure have....most dad wont curse their own kids. Tell your mom you dont need a father like him.
