I heard from another that there are certain vitamins or prescriptions that can help with this. Does anyone know what they are or where I can get them?

You have to get freaky, and it's up to him to get the job done. I suggest a weekend retreat with no distractions with one goal in mind: tons of whoopee and you gushing like Niagara. Bring lots of XXX videos, lotions, candles, whips, chains, etc. He should be kissing you - in the right place - for an hour minimum. Are you a girl or a guy because many girls don't actually have orgasms that often during sex. But if you're a guy then yeah try what you can talk to your doctor about your problem and he might be able to help you find something that works.

I'm a female with the same issues. I cannot orgasm through regular missionary-position intercourse. HOWEVER, if I'm on top, I will stimulate my clitoris while making love to my husband. First thing you need to do is relax during the act... talk to your partner, let him know what feels good and when it feels good. Possibly try another position... maybe you on top controlling the moves
