i know a lot of people get back together but that's when the guy still says he loves the gal. but what if he doesnt now, will he still be back in the future?

Sometimes they come back.
Sometimes a guy will break up with his girlfriend to get with another girl, then sometimes they remain friends. He might realize what an idiot he was to break up with his girlfriend in the first place and he might want to get back together w/ her, because he's the one who ruined a great relationship.
Ask the guy if he thinks you two might ever get back together in the future.

well i must say men are or boys are stupid they really dont kn ow what they want until its gone.there a saying that i stick too "
If you love someone, let them go. If they return to you, it was meant to be. If they don't, their love was never yours to begin with" so men come in and out of our lives at times it genuine and at time it out of broad. unless he really doesnt like you i dont know what to say
but dont wait around for no guy show him your better then that and that you have self repect
