A) it isn't a definite number
B) if you are referring to those suicide bombers and terrorists..then they get nothing..
C) Heaven and reward is not about virgins and sex
D) Women ( both sexes ) get eternal youth, paradise, to be with the prophets, to be with God..
E) it is not mentioned what women will exactly will get like men .. but it is more to tickle men's basic strong instinct..

Male martyrs don't get 72 virgins in Jinnah and females don't get anything. There is nowhere in the Qur'an, Hadeeths or Sunnah that says male martyrs get 72 virgins. That's just what they're told to believe so they'll blow themselves up along with dozens of other people.

A bit off-topic, but I couldn't resist:
After getting nailed by a Hellfire missile, Osama Bin Laden made his way to the pearly gates. There, he is greeted by George Washington.
"How dare you attack the nation I helped conceive!" yells Mr. Washington, slapping Osama in the face.
Patrick Henry comes up from behind. "You wanted to end the Americans' liberty, so they gave you death!" Henry punches Osama on the nose.
