5. This might work if you happen to be pale..... you can be pale artificially, of course.
4. Wouldn't try it at all, it'll get things worse.

1! Good one, but probably not the best way to escape.
I think the 5th one is the best if you really need some sleep.
Anyway if you are actually sleeping and you're awaken by somebody, you'll look like you had been sleeping and you won't "find" your words so fast to give such tricky excuses.
The best way is getting a good sleep, at home!
