I met this girl a few months ago and we were working toward a relationship. We went out a few times and she said she's not ready. She really meant i wasn't her type but she didn't want to let me down hard. I bugged her about giving me another chance for about a week...texting her and talking to her online. She called me a stalker and banned me from her myspace page and stuff. Now i feel really bad cause i didn't ever want to hurt her and now she don't want no part of me. I don't want her to think i am crazy. Help!!!

Sounds like you scared the heck out of her. Give her sometime, and then write her and tell her that you did not mean to scare her and that you want to be friends. But you better mean it, because she will cut you right out if you try to be anything other then friends. Giver her a chance to absorb the letter, and don't bug her. If she wants a relationship she will contact you. Chances are though she won't talk to you again. Don't want to be rude but being honest.

If you really want to be her friend, the best thing you can do is leave her alone for a while. Let her cool down for a couple weeks without interference with you. Most likely, she'll realize then that you aren't a stalker and that she may have gone overboard by calling you that. But you need to leave her alone, or she is going to continue thinking this.

After a couple of weeks, if she has not contacted you, you might try to contact her then to see how she is doing. If she still refuses to talk to you, then the likelihood of you ever being friends again is slim. However, she'll probably be ready to hear your apology for pushing her, and you'll be able to continue your friendship.

Hope this helps, and good luck.

I know you want to be friends, but one of the only ways you can make her think that your not crazy, is to leave her alone for a bit.

Eventually she may figure out that you meant no harm. Or wait for another few months, and then contact her and tell her that you are sorrry that you acted the way you did, but you did it because you felt so strongly about her. She might understand then, and if she doesn't then it's best to let her go.

Then let her be and let time go by the more you try to persue it the worst you are making it. Usually after time goes by for awhile people tend to get over there ordeal and end up speaking again...Just give her time and don't contact her....let her contact you...she will even if you pass each other by one day and its a simple Hello!

It depends, why were you bugging her so much abt having a relationship if she wasnt ready, try txt messaging her and try apologizing and tell her that you would really like 2 stay friends until shes ready.

i would just leave her alone. because if she feels ur a stalker you cant really do anything to change it now. maybe when she sees ur not bothering her she will realize she over reacted in the mean time do you.

Yeah, this can happen. Back off completely at this point or it will just get worse. Don't even email or anything - just disappear for a while. Then wait for her to contact you.

just leave her for a couple of weeks and pretend you have lost interest she will soon notice and wonder why you aint chasing her anymore.basically if your getting a really bad rep because of what you have done to her leave her and find someone new

You are not crazy- but if you don't move on you will be heading in the obsession direction...

Time to find someone else to shower your affections upon.

Good luck!
