I lost 25 kg ( which is about 55 lbs?) after taking Lipo 6 by Nutrex for six months. Of course I did exercise for half hour in the morning and half hour in the evening and I also followed a rigid diet avoiding too much carbs. It worked just fine for me and I'm feeling great now. I've been maintaining my current weight since 3 months.
I don't think Lipo 6 would work if you don't diet or exercise so try all the three together. You can place an order from their website www.nutrex.com
Good Luck!

Hoodia has helped me in the past, but I was exercising as well. I also found that after a while, it didn't work as well. Many appetite suppressants work by trying to block your leptin receptors and make you feel full without eating, but there's two problems. You can build up a resistance to the drug, decreasing it effectiveness. Or you may make more receptors than the drug is capable of blocking. Usually, the more you eat overtime, the more recptors you'll have. Obese people have more receptors, so these drugs often end up being pretty useless.
Many drugs are a waste of money...they're loaded with stimulants and diuretics...some thermogenic drugs promote catabolic conditions, but usually only during workouts. I would say just save your money, eat healthy, and burn more calories than what you eat.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I really like Hydroxycut Hardcore. It really knocks out my cravings. I know you can find it at GNC. It's a little pricy, like $40 something dollars.
You can also do a google search for "diet pill reviews" .. I used to go to a website that was very informative with reviews and product information.

Yes, it's called Puttaforkdown.
I don't know why people insist on SPENDING MONEY to LOSE weight.
It should be 100% absolutely FREE to lose weight, because you're spending LESS $$ on FOOD!!!
Don't put crap in your mouth and you will lose weight. Guess how much that costs? Nothing!
