Maybe the timing wasn't right. Maybe he had a girlfriend and doesn't any more. Maybe he had an interest and it fell through. Or maybe he didn't notice you when you noticed him....after knowing that you had an interest in him, maybe he saw something in you that he liked after the fact.

In the above examples, I'm assuming he has the best intentions.

On the other side of the coin...maybe since you approached him, he thinks he can play you.

You're free to do anything you like, at the risk of being fired for doing so, and thought of as an asshat in many scenarios in life. Go for it, film it, post it on YouTube so I can also laugh at you <3 hahaha Same as women. If women want to get ahead, you walk a not so fine line between beautiful and feminine, and too sexy. Remember the show Ally McBeal? The short skirts...it's just not something you do unless you're already extremely established and can actually do pretty much anything you like *or* are on a TV show. Otherwise, you're setting yourself up to fail. Dave Chappelle's "Just because I'm dressed this way does NOT mean I'm a ho!" -- "That's absolutely right, it doesn't. But you're sure as hell wearing the Ho's Uniform!" ... perfect. I gotta YouTube the whole bit one time, compares it to wearing a cop uniform and then being indignant when someone says, "Help me, officer!" -- "Just because I'm dressed this way does NOT mean I'm a police officer!" It's funnier when he says it =o/ Anyhow, beyond professional, do what you like is how I see it. I dress like a wh*re when we go to parties. It's fun to do, we both enjoy it, even single I enjoyed it, but I didn't expect to meet the love of my life that way. Realistically, I did it knowing what the outcome would be and what impression it would give. I was obviously fine with that, or I would've worn something else.

Because its all about pride when it comes to a man, since you asked him out he feels like he should have done it first, thats why he said no first, but now that hes asked you it is different. Its a pride thing with men.

If he already turned you down, it's up to him to make a move if he's interested. Maybe he's just playing games with you. Don't play into it. If he likes you, he'll find a way to tell you.

Ignore his a**. He's not worth it dear. He turned you down and now wants to act interested, playing games.

this guy is just going to mess with you until he grows up and realises he's been a butt tard. Give him time to think and give him the space to do it.

He is testsing you to see how much you like him. A man would rather have you make a fool of yourself than his feeling like one. So be sure to give him a little wink!

Ditto Lola. If he was that into you, he would have said yes in the first place, or he wouldn't be all wishy-washy with you.

Butt-tard. lol.
