First off devote a full hour...then get good hairspray & hot curlingiron...do it in sections starting with the underneath part.....curl it & spray it while hair is curling...then spray it once you take the ringlet off the iron.....it takes a little getting use to, but after you are all done...it should be nicely curled!!!

i began curling my hair a pair years in the past utilising a curling iron...and this equipment works for me each and every time. appears like I have an similar length hair as you as well... a million) section your hair the position you want it. 2) commence with one side, and take sections of hair that are really skinny, yet are 2 or 3 inches huge. 3) Curl the hair through putting the curling iron on the total of your head, do not open the clasp....only go away it close. And wrap the hair around the barrel from the total to the bottom. It appears like you've been beginning the clasp, and then rolling the hair from the bottom to the total. considering your no longer utilising the clasp, you should carry the top of the part of hair in position, yet i stumble on this works a lot extra perfect. 4) carry the hair and curling iron in position for 10-15 seconds in retaining with part of hair. 5) proceed this till all hair is curled, then toss curls only so that they are extra organic looking! i do not use any product, and my hair continues to be positioned all day...yet you may pick to set gently with hairspray even as finished. wish this helps!

How about old fashioned rag curlers? The good thing is that if they don't work you haven't wasted any money. Cut some old material (from an old nightie or shirt you don't like any more) into strips. Take small segments of your hair (damp preferably) and tie the strip of material at the bottom of the section of hair. Roll the hair up over the knot and tie it again at the scalp. Sleep in them. In the morning undo the material and roll out the curls and pull off the rag. Separate them with your fingers and spritz on some hairspray. If they're too curly, take more hair next time, if they're not curly enough, take smaller sections next time. Yes you'll look funny but as long as you're not planning on a passionate night they'll be fine.

No Problem! Just buy some hot rollers. I bought one by Conair from Target.Heat em' up. Make sure you have dirty hair. Hair holds the curls best on hair that has not been washed in a day. Next, Spray your hair with a thermal spray. I use Kenra - It protects your hair from heat damage and it holds the curls without stickiness or crunchiness. I start at the crown and take 1 inch sections roll em around each roller. No matter how you do it, they will look great. I do my make up while I wait for them to cool down. after they cool, take your rollers out, throw your hair upside down, use your fingers and swoosh your hair. for the final touch, I spray my hair with a texturizing spray. Your hair will last all day and will have a touchable hold. My favorite Spray is by Aquage. I have tried so many and aquage is the best.

You can do pin curls!! I do it all the time and get super curls!!
Here's how to create them!!
To achieve the same uniformity of curl on both sides of the head, the technique used to form a curl on the right side of the head must be mechanically different from that used on the left side. This is because you use the same hand to form curls on both sides of the head. If you are right-handed, you always use your right hand, If you are left-handed you use your left hand.
The procedures described in the following sections are for right-handed people. If you are left-handed, you should use the procedure given for the right side of the head on the left side and vice versa.
Counterclockwise curls are formed away from your body position, whereas clockwise curls are formed toward your body position
*** remember to use a great gel to hold in the curl before you do the procedure.

You are better off with curling tongs. First twist a section of the hair and then curl up from the ends to your head.

Hair Tongs are by far the best way to curl your hair, but not the easiet way. The other two ways of curling your hair is to use the bendy rods, they're easy to use. Rollers are also a easy way.
Hope this helps!!
